KYENJONJO DISTRICT — The member of parliament Mwenge Central, Hon. Kasukaali Methuselah Apuuli earlier today joined Christians, family members and friends at a wedding Mass held at Mukole Archdeaconry in Kyenjojo District, where he served as the Chief Guest.
Hon. Kasukaali took part in the celebration of the newlyweds, sharing in the joy of their union and encouraging the couple to build their marriage on love, faith, mutual respect and commitment to God.
During the Mass, Hon. Kasukaali also delivered the day’s sermon, offering words of encouragement and inspiration to the congregation while emphasizing the importance of Christian values in strengthening families and communities.
He urged the newly married couple to remain prayerful and supportive of one another as they begin their journey together, noting the importance of patience, understanding and faith in building a lasting marriage.
The occasion also provided an opportunity for Hon. Kasukaali to recognise young people who participated in the recently concluded sports activities in Kyenjojo District.
In recognition of their participation and commitment, he presented Holy Bibles to the young people and encouraged them to continue using their talents positively while remaining committed to serving the Lord.
The wedding Mass at Mukole Archdeaconry brought together faith, family and youth engagement, with Hon. Kasukaali using the occasion to celebrate the newlyweds while encouraging the young generation to uphold Christian values and remain active in their communities.
