BUKOOLI NORTH — Bukooli North Member of Parliament Hon. Jamal Mukuve Ayagalachi joined Ugandans at home and abroad in honouring National Unity Platform (NUP) President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, popularly known as Bobi Wine, during a solidarity day dedicated to the opposition leader.

Ayagalachi marked the occasion through a tree-planting campaign across Bukooli North, where he planted trees at schools, churches and health centres as part of efforts to promote environmental conservation and create a greener community.

The legislator turned the solidarity occasion into a community-focused activity, using tree planting to encourage residents and institutions to take greater responsibility for protecting the environment.
The exercise was conducted at different institutions across Bukooli North, with trees planted at schools, places of worship and health facilities to contribute to environmental restoration and improve the surroundings of public facilities.
Ayagalachi said his solidarity went beyond words and was rooted in his belief in freedom, justice, equality and the pursuit of a better Uganda for all.
The activity also highlighted the importance of involving communities in environmental conservation, particularly through initiatives that encourage schools, churches and health centres to take part in tree planting.
By choosing tree planting as part of the solidarity activities, Ayagalachi linked his political message to a practical community initiative aimed at benefiting both the present generation and those to come.
The legislator’s participation in the campaign further brought attention to the role of community leaders in promoting environmental protection alongside their political and parliamentary responsibilities.
The tree-planting drive therefore provided Ayagalachi with an opportunity to honour Bobi Wine while promoting environmental responsibility and reaffirming his commitment to the values of freedom, justice, equality and a better Uganda.
